- Describe the issue you are having with your product

- Product name and or model number

- Where the item was purchased from

- The purchase date of your item

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day return period for all items purchased from purelyinnovations.com.  For more information on our return policy, please click here.

This process may take up to 2-4 weeks in total.  For more information, please click here.

If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 888-871-8450 for further instructions.

For all items purchased from purelyinnovations.com, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days from when the product is returned. Once this happens, the funds will be reflected in your account as soon as your financial institution processes the refund.

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or a third party vendor, please refer to their return policy for monetary refunds.

Order Information

Please send an email to support@purelyinnovations.com with your order number and first and last name within 24 hours of placing your order.  If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
